NDIS-savvy or quick to learn – understanding compliance, provider obligations, and best practice care
Financially fluent – you can read a P&L, interpret budgets, and support with financial tracking, with strong invoicing and pay roll skills
Proactive – you don't wait to be told what's broken; you find it, fix it, and future-proof it
A supportive team player – you know how to get the best out of others with encouragement and accountability
Digitally fluent – you embrace systems, software, and AI tools to streamline operations
Unshakeably reliable – we can trust you to do what you say, when you say it, to the highest standard
Key Responsibilities
Monitor, implement, create and oversee systems that ensure service excellence across all teams
Implement and improve NDIS-compliant procedures
Review and ensure implementation our checklists, policies, and performance tracking for all departments
Support, manage and supervise the operation compliance and rostering
Track and report on KPIs, budgets, and compliance metrics
Act as a key support to the CEO and management team ensuring vision is translated into sustainable operations
Troubleshoot and prevent issues before they escalate
Support the implementation of new technology and AI systems
Ensure our service users receive consistent, high-quality, and person-centred support

This role is for someone who:
Has 5+ years of operations, executive admin, or systems management experience
