Job Title: Speech Pathologist Opportunity in Community Settings
Description: We are a national provider of Allied Health support, delivering services to thousands of participants across Australia. Our team works with Occupational & Speech Therapy, Behaviour Support, Psychology, Exercise Physiology & Physiotherapy services.
We are open to discussions with Speech Pathologists living close to Chermside & Windsor locations who enjoy working in the community and have varying levels of experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage an allocated caseload and complete therapeutic services in a timely manner.
- Deliver speech pathology services to participants within schools, homes, and the local community.
- Use clinical observations, standardized assessments, and interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help participants achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain awareness of current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
- Current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
- Experience as a Speech Pathologist beyond graduation.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload.
- Proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and the opportunity to test and learn from new ideas.
- Genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
