We’re looking for entrepreneurial Sales Partners to help drive NXT’s expansion across Australia and beyond. This is a pure commission role built for people who know how to open doors, spark conversations and turn opportunities into live activations. If you’re well connected in events, agencies or brand marketing and want to turn that network into serious revenue, you’ll fit right in.

The Role

You’ll be connecting with agencies, brands, and creative teams, showing them what’s possible when tech meets imagination.
You’ll work fully remotely, backed by a creative and production team that can turn “what if” into “holy sh*t, that’s live.”
What You'll Do
- Source and close new business for our experiential tech activations and digital experiences
- Work directly with brands, PR and Experiential Agencies across events to find those looking for on‑ground experiential tech builds for their activations
- Pitch creative concepts, demo tech, and shape solutions that wow
- Manage your own pipeline, on your schedule – total flexibility, total ownership

Who Are You
- 2+ years of advertising sales, events sales, experiential or events/event production experience.
- Confident pitching creative or tech‑driven solutions
- Self‑starting, relationship‑driven, and excited by the unknown
- Hungry for growth and comfortable earning on performance
