This opportunity is based at our Granville Laboratory and will require travel between Greater Sydney and Wararrook with company vehicle supplied. Reporting to the Technical Operations Manager, this multi‑faceted role is responsible for the NSW concrete laboratories and will assist in the development and supervision of laboratory resources to maximise long‑term viability while achieving short‑term performance.

In Your New Role, You Will
* Supervise the Granville and Wararrook laboratory operations and make decisions that impact the overall performance of the business through budgeting, utilisation, variable expenditure, testing income and profit.
* Drive the NATA framework and regulations applicable to the laboratories and ensure all compliance‑based objectives are operated within statutory requirements.
* Ensure employees comply fully with OH&S requirements and all legislative requirements.
* Support Technical Team, Field testing team and Sales Team in achieving customer requirements.
* Build and maintain effective relationships through regular communications to ensure we are aiming towards achieving the perfect day for our customers.
* Engage with various stakeholders to achieve business goals and priorities.
* Liaise with the Technical Operations Manager, laboratory technicians and control maintenance issues, repairs, procedures, servicing, and calibration of equipment.

* You hold a qualification in testing/engineering - previous NATA signatory status will be highly regarded.
