Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive HR support, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, maintaining employee records, and implementing policies and training plans.
* Address general HR inquiries and offer support to staff.
* Liaise with the Motor Traders Association on our behalf
* Ensure adherence to company policies and legal standards.
Qualifications:
* Solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
* Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
