Ctek Construction Teknologies is a new and fast-growing construction products company, launching with our flagship TekSeal Neutral Cure range alongside other complementary building and construction solutions.
We are looking for a driven Sales Representative / Business Development Manager to help establish our brand in the market and grow long-term relationships across the building and construction industry.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, field-based role suited to someone who understands how the construction industry works and enjoys building relationships from the ground up. You will be responsible for developing new business, managing accounts, and growing market share for TekSeal and associated products.
You will work independently, manage your own territory, and be accountable to clear KPI targets, while receiving training, support, and guidance as the business grows.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and grow sales of TekSeal Neutral Cure and associated construction products
* Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, trades, and distributors
* Leverage existing industry contacts where possible
* Identify new business opportunities and open new accounts
* Meet and exceed agreed sales KPIs
* Provide market feedback to support product and business development
* Represent the Ctek brand professionally in the field
About You
* Previous experience in sales or business development within the building or construction industry
* Strong understanding of construction products and associated trades
* Existing industry contacts are highly regarded
* Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently
* Comfortable being accountable to KPIs and performance targets
* Hungry to grow with a young business and contribute beyond "just a job"
