This position is full-time and permanent, leading a team based across Bundaberg, Hervey Bay and Kingaroy. Our compassionate Mental Health team is focused on helping:

We provide a range of non-clinical, mental health programs that provide safe and inclusive spaces to help people:
* Develop life skills and build confidence
* Connect with others through shared experiences
* Access tools and resources to support mental health recovery
* Navigate challenges
We are looking for Team Leader who can:
* Provide direction, guidance, coaching and training to staff
* Lead internal meetings and represent IMPACT with professionalism at external events/functions
* Ensure compliance with operational guidelines, legislation and policies
* Monitor, mentor and assist the team to achieve contractual Key Performance Indicators
* Compile internal and external reporting
* Complete Performance Development Reviews with staff and payroll activities such as timesheets

* Have a Certificate IV in Mental Health, Peer Work or similar, or are currently enrolled in study
* Demonstrated experience in leading teams
* High level written and oral communication skills
* Ability to exercise tact, courtesy and judgement whilst maintaining confidentiality
* Have a track record as a team player and commitment to great customer service
