**The Role & Requirements**
The Commercial Manager will lead and manage all the commercial aspects of the engagement to ensure clear and successful commercial outcomes for all parties, partners and suppliers included. You will have full responsibility for the procurement and contract lifecycle process for the program, managing the strategic engagements and development of operational sourcing, contracting and supplier management strategies and plans whilst leveraging your skills to maintain enduring relationships.
- You have deep experience in the establishment, negotiation and monitoring of large and complex contracts including documentation, tendering, performance monitoring, maintenance of evaluation frameworks and administration of contracts.
- You love driving commercial outcomes, protecting profitability and mitigating commercial risk, but always work to ensure mutually positive outcomes for all parties.
