What You'll Be Doing
As a key member of the team, you'll manage a portfolio of recovery claims and provide essential administrative support.
Your work will help ensure smooth operations, strong stakeholder relationships, and successful outcomes across the recoveries function.
What You'll Bring
Clear and confident communication skills – written and verbal.
Sharp attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
Initiative and independence – you're comfortable working with minimal supervision.
A customer-first mindset when engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
Your Experience
Previous experience in a similar role within banking, finance, or insurance.
Solid background in administration within a financial services environment.
Qualifications
Certificate III in Financial Services or Certificate IV in General Insurance (preferred but not essential).
