What You'll Be Doing
* As a key member of the team, you'll manage a portfolio of recovery claims and provide essential administrative support.
* Your work will help ensure smooth operations, strong stakeholder relationships, and successful outcomes across the recoveries function.
What You'll Bring
* Clear and confident communication skills – written and verbal.
* Sharp attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
* Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
* Initiative and independence – you're comfortable working with minimal supervision.
* A customer-first mindset when engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
Your Experience
* Previous experience in a similar role within banking, finance, or insurance.
* Solid background in administration within a financial services environment.
Qualifications
* Certificate III in Financial Services or Certificate IV in General Insurance (preferred but not essential).
