Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately weigh, measure, and mix raw materials to create specified compounds
* Operate and maintain mixing equipment and related machinery
* Follow production schedules and ensure timely completion of batches
* Monitor quality control parameters and make adjustments as necessary
* Maintain accurate production records and documentation
* Observe safety protocols and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards
* Assist with equipment setup, cleaning, and routine maintenance
To be successful you will have:
* Forklift License highly regarded
* Previous experience as a Compounder or in a similar mixing/compounding role preferred
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
* Good understanding of safety procedures and regulations
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Machinery operation experience is desirable
* Flexibility to work multiple shifts if required
