A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a People & Culture Business Partner reporting to the General Manager People and Culture, Partnering.
A bit about your role
As a People and Culture Workforce Change & Business Partner at nbn, you will play an integral role in delivering end-to-end workforce change from design through to delivery. You will use data and insights to inform decisions and implement operating models ensuring nbn's operating and structured in a way that enables business outcomes.
You will also be accountable for driving a variety of strategic people initiatives and programs across the employee lifecycle, enabling business objectives and fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Your work will help foster a culture of collaboration, engagement, and continuous growth, ensuring our people strategies translate into tangible outcomes that elevate performance and enhance employee experience.
A bit about you
You are a thoughtful and strategic HR professional with proven experience in workforce change and business partnering, driving strategic people programs ideally within large and complex organisations as well as supporting Operational business units.
Your ability to engage with senior leaders, including executive members, reflects your confidence and credibility, while your experience in Workforce Change, change management, and data analytics enables you to craft compelling narratives that guide decision-making.
With a calm and considered approach, you bring people together to solve problems creatively and drive lasting change.
