What You'll Be Doing
Like the conductor of an orchestra, you will:
* Manage key clients and be their hero.
* Engage with clients that require a bit more and establish long-term client relationships build on trust and excellence.
* Collaborate with our specialist teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
* Prepare and facilitate AGMs, EGMs, and Committee Meeting - agendas, budgets, minutes and all other activities for the clients in your care.
* Oversee financials and ensure compliance across your portfolio.
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
* Mentor and support junior team members, sharing your knowledge and experience.
What You'll Bring
* Customer focused mindset
* A current driver's licence and access to a vehicle to travel to meetings (ATO rate reimbursement)
* Solid knowledge of strata/body corporate legislation and best practices
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Strong attention to detail and time management

* A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a desire to keep learning
* Ability to prove your track record on retention, client service and excellence. We will be looking for references/confirmation from your current employment situation
