About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced senior business analyst to join a dynamic team in leading business transformation initiatives across systems, processes, and policies within a large organisation.
This is a senior-level role offering a unique opportunity to play a key part in driving solutions that enable real, strategic change.
You will work closely with stakeholders and project teams to lead business analysis efforts across the full project lifecycle.
* Manage and define requirements throughout the project lifecycle to ensure business needs are met.
* Facilitate process redesign, continuous improvement, and business case development.
The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of Agile principles and delivery frameworks, along with proficiency in modelling techniques and tools including UML and BPMN.
They will also be able to produce clear, testable functional and non-functional requirements, and have experience in investment program planning, design, and operational delivery.
A background as a Business Analyst in large, complex environments undergoing transformation is essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree in Business Administration, Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
* Certification with the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) or equivalent
* Extensive experience applying IIBA BABOK and Agile Extension
* Proven ability to lead teams, manage functional activities, and influence change through collaboration
