* Manage inbound and outbound calls, correspondence, and other communication channels to deliver exceptional service quality and meet strict performance standards.

* Promote new business opportunities and sales initiatives, leveraging effective processes and techniques to drive revenue growth.

* You have experience working in fast-paced, customer-centric environments, preferably within complex organizations.
* You are comfortable operating in structured, KPI-driven environments, with strong analytical skills to interpret complex information and make informed decisions.
* You possess excellent relationship-building skills, able to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
* You are highly organized, with great attention to detail and multitasking skills, and proficient in using various systems, software, and communication tools.
Routine and Benefits
