About the role
We currently have an opportunity for a 1-3 year PQE Real Estate & Construction Lawyer to join a high performing team delivering quality commercially focused legal advice. You will work with experienced practitioners including two partners, two special counsel, a senior associate, a lawyer and a graduate as part of our established but growing practice. We handle matters for government and private sector clients in the following areas:
- Property acquisitions and disposals
- Commercial leasing
- Property advisory
- Capital works & procurement projects
- Planning and environment regulation and approvals
About you
- Experience advising clients on various real estate matters and transactions in the ACT or NSW
- Experience in construction and planning law is welcomed but not essential
- Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills, and sound matter management
- Security clearance or willingness to obtain one
