About The Opportunity
Our client is looking for a Business Development Manager to become a key part of their growing team.
This full-time position, based in their Gold Coast Office, will see you taking a key role in generating sales opportunities and building lasting relationships with their business customers.
In this role, you will be responsible for a range of duties, including:
Achieving a minimum of 30+ new mobile CTNs each month
Cross-selling a broad range of telecommunications products
Developing and executing strategies to win new business clients
Managing and responding to all incoming lead generation enquiries
Following VBC's proven sales processes, procedures, and core values
About You
The successful candidate will have:
1+ years of proven sales and business development results
Experience in the telecommunications field (desired)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Customer-first approach with a focus on client needs
Collaborative mindset with self-driven initiative
Interest in learning and growing in telecommunications
Adaptable and resilient in a competitive environment
