We're on the lookout for 2x skilled Maintenance Fitters to join our high-performing team at Tip Top's Ermington site.
As an integral member of the Maintenance team, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair and improvement of production equipment to keep operations running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing
* Carry out preventative maintenance and keep equipment running smoothly
* Diagnose and troubleshoot machinery issues
* Respond to breakdowns and prioritise safe, efficient repairs
* Work with supervisors on root cause analysis and continuous improvement
* Maintain logs, registers, and SAP records for all repairs
* Collaborate with production teams to keep operations flowing
Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
* Trade qualified Fitter/Machinist
* Safety-first mindset
* Experience in industrial maintenance (food manufacturing preferred)
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
* Forklift licence (highly regarded but not essential)
