Programmatic Supply Strategy Manager

Main Responsibilities
* Lead and develop partnerships with SSPs to optimise fill rates, CPMs, and indirect revenue streams.
* Conduct comprehensive performance audits to identify inefficiencies and implement strategic solutions.
* Collaborate with partners to pioneer and integrate innovative features, formats, and technologies.
* Forge alliances with DSP partners to develop and execute demand path optimisation strategies.
* Oversee supply curation across the ecosystem to ensure optimal pricing and yield, aligning with business objectives.
* Analyse complex data sets to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
* Develop and present detailed supply performance reports for stakeholders and key external partners.
* Collaborate with AdTech, Operations, and Product teams to ensure alignment of programmatic initiatives with corporate goals.
* Strategise AI-driven ad buying platforms to enhance efficiency.

About You
* 7-10 years of experience in programmatic advertising with a focus on supply management.
* Extensive knowledge of SSPs, DSPs, and programmatic ecosystems.
* Strategic and technical mindset with expertise in reporting tools like Excel, Looker, or Tableau.
* Exceptional analytical skills and communication skills for managing high-level partnerships.
* Proficiency in advanced programmatic tools and platforms.
