Your responsibilities will include:
- Advising clients on complex leasing matters and property law issues
- Managing a mix of commercial and residential conveyancing files
- Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts and lease agreements
- Delivering strategic legal advice to business clients across various industries
You’ll have the chance to work directly with decision-makers, refine your commercial acumen, and progressively take on more senior responsibilities.
Key Requirements:
- 2+ years PAE in Commercial Law, ideally with leasing experience
- Strong understanding of QLD commercial and residential property transactions
- Confident in providing legal advice to business clients
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Proactive mindset with a strong desire to grow professionally
- Team-oriented and driven to contribute to firm success
