About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced advisor to join our team. This position involves developing strong working relationships across departments, managing recruitment, and assisting with hiring and onboarding processes.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in generalist HR roles or administration, knowledge of employment law, and understanding of relevant HR processes.
Main Responsibilities:
* Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong working relationships across various departments.
* Recruitment Management: Manage and/or support the recruitment function.
* Hiring and Onboarding: Assist with hiring and onboarding processes for new employees.
Requirements:
* HR Experience: Previous experience in generalist HR roles or administration.
* Employment Law Knowledge: Knowledge of employment law to provide accurate advice.
* HR Processes Understanding: Understanding of relevant HR processes, including WHS, employee relations, and recruitment.
* Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building abilities.
* Problem-Solving: A track record of problem-solving and consultative work.
* Education: PREFERRED: Completed undergraduate degree in Human Resources or related field.
