This opportunity is a 3-month temporary role with potential of a permanent position for the right candidate.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Ongoing maintenance of HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives.Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations, both within Australia and New Zealand.Support employee relations and oversee performance management processes.Contribute to HR reporting and workforce analytics.Work closely with the HR team and other departments to drive organisational goals.Participate in recruitment efforts to attract top talent.Offer expert HR guidance to managers and employees across the organisation.The Successful ApplicantA successful HR Advisor should have:A degree in Human Resources or a related field.Experience in a similar HR Advisor role.Understanding of employment laws and regulations, ideally both Australia and New Zealand.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to advise and influence at all organisational levels.Proactive and motivated attitude.What's on Offer$50-55 per hour plus superannuation.Hospitality industry.Tullamarine location.Temporary to permanent opportunity.Free parking.
