This role is critical in shaping safety culture, strengthening frontline leadership capability, and ensuring consistent, high‐quality HSE practices across multiple sites.What you'll be doingDeveloping frontline and operational leaders to take ownership of HSE through coaching, capability uplift, and practical leadership supportSupporting risk management, assurance programs, and audit activities to drive consistent and measurable safety improvementsTranslating safety strategy into practical, site-level execution, empowering leaders rather than doing it for themActing as a subject matter expert in land transport risk management, our most significant operational riskMaintaining strong site engagement through regular presence, influence, and follow‐up to support continuous improvementAbout you You are a senior safety professional with a proven background in manufacturing or similarly complex industrial environments, comfortable operating at both strategic and frontline levels. You bring credibility, resilience, and sound judgment, and you're equally effective influencing senior leaders as you are engaging the workforce on the ground.
