About the Role
As our Property Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring exceptional service delivery to both landlords and tenants. This is a varied and engaging role that includes:
• Arrears management
• Lease renewals
• Repairs and maintenance coordination
• Routine, ingoing, and outgoing inspections
• Application processing and tenant selection
• Open for inspections
• Tribunal preparation and attendance
• Owner and tenant liaison

Essential Qualifications:
✓ Valid Driver's Licence
✓ Minimum 1 year of Property Management experience
✓ Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
✓ Strong administrative and organisational skills
✓ Excellent verbal and written communication
✓ A team player with a positive attitude

Desirable Skills:
• Knowledge of the local Shoalhaven property market
• Marketing experience in real estate
• Property Tree, Inspection Manager, Bricks & Agent, Inspect Real Estate or similar software proficiency
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
