The Role
Anglicare are currently seeking 2 Project Coordinators to join our projects team on a fixed-term contract (6-month & 12-month contract).
The Project Coordinator will be involved in projects that will have a high strategic importance to the organisation, with varying degrees of complexity, and organisational impact. The position will provide support and assistance to the Project Manager and/or the Head of Transformation and play a vital role in supporting the organisation to transition to a new way of working.
Responsibilities
* Prepare project documents and status reporting for review by the Project Manager.
* Provide administrative support to assist the Project Manager in their daily duties.
* Assist with the facilitation of workshops.
* Work with stakeholders and end users through the full life cycle of a SharePoint project from beginning to the final implementation.
* Assist the Change Lead with the development of training and briefing material for staff.
Qualifications
* Current National Police Certificate (or ability to attain).
* Current Queensland Driver Licence.
* Relevant qualification in Project Management or related (desired).
