The Role
We are seeking experienced Renderers and Venetian Plasterers to join our growing team in Sydney.
You'll work on a variety of high-end residential and commercial projects, applying specialist finishes with care and craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
* Apply Venetian plaster, polished plaster, Microcement, and texture finishes
* Render internal and external surfaces to a professional standard
* Prepare and finish walls, ceilings, and surfaces using a variety of materials and tools
* Read and follow job plans, drawings, and specifications
* Work safely and efficiently to meet project deadlines
* Maintain a clean, professional work environment
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 2 years' experience in rendering, Venetian plastering, or decorative finishes
* Solid technical skills and attention to detail
* Reliable, self-motivated, and professional attitude
* Own tools and reliable transport
* Construction White Card
* Valid work rights in Australia
* Passion for craftsmanship and pride in your work
