Full-time hours
Your role as a Business Analyst will involve:
- Working with Head office staff and Franchisees to understand the business and customised features required for a successful rollout of new software.
- Ownership of software testing, creating sufficient peer testing and gathering feedback prior to the rollout, ensuring confidence in the software.
- Analysing current work practices to implement best practices to improve efficiency.
- Create transparent flowcharts and diagrams of the software lifecycle and planned integrations with current systems.
- Communicate directly with all teams from software providers to end users to ensure business requirements are met and understood.
- Champion the software, providing coming soon updates as well as being available to all users with any feedback, suggestions or concerns.
- Provide in-person and recorded training as well as develop ongoing learning pathways to ensure staff are competent and aware of upgrades to software.
- Support senior management with strategic planning, forecasting, and operational goals.
- Support the Operations Team by ensuring managers and team members are trained and using the software fully.
Qualifications & experience
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst
- High level of stakeholder engagement and interpersonal communication
- Enjoys analysis and problem-solving
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or related discipline
