Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Aquatic Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to patrons
* Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for visitors
* Restock supplies as needed
* Follow health and safety guidelines
* Operate cash register and handle customer transactions
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Positive, friendly, and helpful work style
* Cash handling experience
* Food handling certificate
* Current first aid certificate (workplace level 2)
* Current CPR certificate
* Food handlers qualification
* Police check
* Working with children check
