The Role Reporting directly to our National Sales Leadership, you will lead our expansion across VIC, SA, and WA. In this high-influence role, you act as the vital link between Tier 1 and 2 electrical contractors and our infrastructure solutions. You will ensure Esco’s expertise is the first choice for the consultants and architects building Australia’s future healthcare facilities. Key Responsibilities To succeed, you must be a disciplined territory owner who thrives on building long-term value. Your core responsibilities include: Strategic Partnerships: Deepening connections with Tier 1 and 2 electrical contractors to secure high-value projects. Specification Influence: Engaging consultants and architects early in the design phase to ensure Esco is specified from the start. End-to-End Ownership: Managing your multi-state sales pipeline and territory activity with total autonomy. Skills & Experience We are looking for a trade-channel specialist who speaks the industry language and ideally brings an electrical trade or technical background. Most importantly, you must have: Active electrical contractor relationships have been developed and maintained within the last 12 months. A proven track record of selling into hospital or healthcare projects. Strong CRM discipline, with Salesforce experience being highly ideal. Why Apply?
