Customer Service Advisor
We are seeking a skilled and friendly customer service professional to join our team at Gold Coast Airport. As a Rental Sales Agent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, identifying car rental needs, and communicating rental procedures effectively.
This is a full-time position requiring availability to work on a rotational roster that includes evenings, weekends, and public holidays. You must have a valid driver's licence and working rights in Australia. Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales is highly regarded.
* Establishing customer car rental needs through active listening
* Reviewing various add-ons and services to determine the best fit for the customer
* Communicating rental procedures and guidelines clearly and efficiently
* Completing rental bookings in a timely and accurate manner
* Providing assistance with customer inquiries
