Contract Project Engineer | $150M Residential Development | Newcastle
A well-regarded builder is looking for a Contract Project Engineer to join a major $150M residential development in Newcastle, supporting delivery through a key stage of the project. This is a 12–15 month contract with strong potential to go permanent for the right person.
Responsibilities
* Manage programme coordination, procurement and subcontractor packages
* Assist with cost control, variations, RFIs and progress reporting
* Drive services coordination and ensure works are delivered in line with programme
* Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and internal delivery teams
* Support project delivery through to key milestones and handover
What We're Looking For
* Experience as a Project Engineer on commercial or residential construction projects
* Exposure to mid to high-rise residential projects highly regarded
* Strong understanding of programming, contracts and site delivery
* Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment
* Immediate or short notice availability preferred
