About the Role
We're seeking a National Sales Manager – Processing to lead Food Service sales across Australia and international markets. You'll drive annual sales targets, manage key accounts, build new business, and work closely with Operations, Logistics, Finance and Manufacturing to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute Food Service sales strategy
Grow strategic accounts and lead tender submissions
Build a strong new‑business pipeline
Manage forecasting and partner with Operations on supply alignment
Support NPD, product launches and customer onboarding
Maintain CRM accuracy and represent SW at industry events
What You Bring
Strong Food Service sales experience (including QSR)
Proven ability to grow accounts and win new business
High-level communication, organisation and relationship skills
Experience with tenders, forecasting and commercial modelling
Financial acumen and familiarity with product P&Ls
