Manager Strategic Programs and Partnerships
BRHS is seeking an experienced and values‐driven Manager, Strategic Programs and Partnerships to join our leadership team in this newly created, ongoing part‐time role. This position has been designed to strengthen strategic delivery, performance reporting and regional partnerships across the organisation.
Contract: Ongoing, Part Time | 48 hours per fortnight
About the Role
Working closely with the CEO and Executive team, you will lead the development, coordination and monitoring of systems that track performance against strategic and business plans, Statements of Priorities, and other mandated reporting requirements. You will also support and advance regional partnerships across Gippsland, contributing to collaborative initiatives, service improvement opportunities and innovative funding programs. This role offers a high level of autonomy, influence and variety, with the opportunity to shape and embed best‐practice approaches from the outset.

About You
You are an experienced strategic leader with strong capability in program delivery, improvement and performance reporting, ideally gained within health, government or a similarly complex organisational environment. You bring well‐developed interpersonal and communication skills, can effectively engage and influence senior stakeholders, and have a demonstrated ability to deliver sustainable change using data‐informed and improvement‐focused approaches. Formal qualifications in a relevant field, along with experience in partnership development, program coordination or strategic reporting, will be highly regarded.
