Administrative Support Role
This position involves supporting the State Operational Team with ad-hoc tasks.
* Create and manage customer orders/jobs.
* Closing out of jobs and ensuring timely completion.
* Liaise with technicians to ensure efficient workflow.
* Follow up with suppliers for prompt delivery.
* Ensure technician compliance with company policies.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be energetic and enthusiastic, and have a willingness to learn.
To succeed in this role, you will need to work effectively in a team environment and provide assistance to the operations team/manager as required.
