Disability Support Worker - Specialist Disability Accommodation Services
Collaborate with the team to provide seamless, person‐centred support.
Assist individuals with daily living needs, including personal care, household tasks, hospitality, and community participation.
Encourage and support each person to achieve and maintain their highest level of independence and wellbeing.

What We're Looking For
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent.
* Current Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel for work.
* Strong written, spoken, and comprehension English skills.
* Ability to provide high‐quality personal care and lifestyle support, including for people with complex needs.
* Ability to work across sites in Tewantin and Maroochydore.
* Proof of COVID‐19 vaccination status (or as required by legislation and WMQ policy).
* Relevant probity checks required by legislation and WMQ Limited policy.
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card).
* Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
