Job Description
About you
You are the ultimate guests' champion with a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of reliability. Always polished and professional, you bring charisma to the team, communicating and connecting easily to create a positive, collaborative environment that ensures smooth operations.
You're a confident driver, holding an Australian Full driver's license or probationary license (P2), with a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate in Victoria.
What you will be doing:
- Providing efficient guest registration and departure services; maintaining accurate guest accounts and offering helpful information.
- Handling all incoming calls professionally and politely, striving for Total Customer Satisfaction.
- Maintaining strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety.
