An established organisation is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join their finance team during a period of growth and change. Following the recent integration of additional business units, payroll operations are being brought in-house, creating a new opportunity within the team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone confident operating in a complex payroll environment and comfortable partnering closely with HR and Finance. The role End-to-end weekly payroll processing Managing timesheets, time & attendance, and award interpretation Processing payday super Providing backup support to a larger payroll function Partnering with HR and Finance to resolve payroll queries Supporting ongoing change and process integration About you Proven end-to-end payroll experience Experience working with awards and complex payroll structures Adaptable and comfortable in a changing environment Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement capability Practical, resilient, and solutions-focused approach The environment Office-based role in East Sydney (5 days onsite) Supportive team environment, working alongside an experienced Senior Payroller Reference Number: 06800-0013368651 This is an on-site position.
