Retail Sales Assistant Opportunity
We are seeking a talented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Assistant. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide outstanding customer service and support to customers in-store and over the phone.
* Investigate and resolve customer queries and issues related to therapy equipment.
* Set up, maintain and troubleshoot therapy equipment to ensure optimal performance.
* Fit customers for masks and recommend suitable products based on training provided.
* Advise customers on the safe and effective use of their medical equipment.
* Sell new or additional services over the phone and follow up on trials and testing results to ensure successful outcomes.
* Maintain the retail premises and displays in good condition.
* Handle payments, balance float and bank stock.
* Manage trial and sales stock levels and reorder as required.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a busy retail or customer service environment is essential.
* Ability to provide compassionate and empathetic reception duties to our customers.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* A strong customer focus with the ability to find solutions to customer concerns and issues.
* Healthcare retail experience is preferred but not necessary as we provide comprehensive training.
