The Opportunity We're looking for a Channel Marketing Manager who can balance strategy and execution — someone with strong financial services experience and a passion for delivering campaigns that make an impact.
In this role, you'll work closely with the Head of Marketing and a range of internal and external partners to deliver creative, data-driven initiatives that strengthen their brand and deepen client engagement across Australia.
What You'll Be Doing Develop and execute marketing strategies across digital, paid media, email, events, and sponsorships.
Collaborate with Global Wealth Management and Institutional Client teams to identify opportunities that support their goals.
Manage external agencies and partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and to a high standard.
Lead client communications using tools such as Marketo, Smartsheet, and Cvent.
Plan and execute events — from venue selection and invitations to on-the-day support and post-event wrap-up.
Oversee sponsorships and third-party conference participation to ensure a strong brand presence.
Keep marketing materials, presentations, and web content fresh and relevant.
Measure campaign success and share insights that shape future activity.
Manage video and podcast projects from concept to publication, including editing, approvals, and hosting.
What You'll Bring A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
10+ years of marketing experience within financial services, ideally investment or asset management.
Strong understanding of the Australian investment landscape and adviser market.
Excellent communication, organisation, and project management skills.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering quality work.
Confidence working with data to measure performance and guide decisions.
A self-starter attitude — someone who loves taking ownership and seeing results.
