Our client is a long established dealership group. They are seeking to appoint an Assistant Sales Manager for one of their iconic brands. This is an ideal opportunity for a Senior Sales Consultant looking to step up. The dealership offers comfortable facilities, a friendly, happy working atmosphere and an opportunity to earn an excellent income.
Responsibilities
* Provide strong management, financial, organisational and motivational support.
* Develop and execute sales strategies and close deals.
* Motivate and lead the sales team to achieve their highest potential while maintaining and improving customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Previous dealership experience as an Assistant Sales Manager or Senior Sales Consultant.
* Strong selling, closing and people handling skills.
* Strong management, financial, organisational and motivational skills.
* Ready for a long-term role.
Salary & Benefits
Retainer around $65k – $70k, super, commission structure and car or car allowance. OTE $130k – $140k.
Location & Schedule
Blacktown, NSW. Base on a rotating 10‐day fortnight; the dealership is closed on Sundays.
