Food & Beverage Event Supervisor
We are currently seeking a full time Food & Beverage Event Supervisor to join our hospitality team.
This is the perfect role for someone who loves people, thrives in a fast paced environment, and takes pride in creating unforgettable guest experiences. You will play a key role in leading daily operations across functions, events, restaurant service, and bar operations while supporting and motivating the team around you.
We are looking for someone energetic, hands on, organized, and passionate about hospitality. Someone who leads from the front, keeps calm under pressure, and genuinely enjoys making people feel welcome.
What You'll Be Doing
* Supervising and leading the Food & Beverage team during events and service periods
* Coordinating and executing member events, weddings, corporate functions, and special occasions
* Delivering warm, professional, and attentive service to members and guests
* Assisting with the smooth operation of the restaurant, bar, and event spaces
* Mentoring, and motivating staff to maintain high service standards
* Managing guest enquiries and resolving issues professionally and efficiently
* Working closely with Function Coordinator to deliver seamless events
* Maintaining presentation, cleanliness, and service excellence across all areas
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 2 years experience in a hospitality supervisory role
* Strong food and beverage knowledge with a passion for service
* Barista experience and confidence making quality coffee
* Wine knowledge or interest in premium beverages highly regarded
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Positive attitude with strong attention to detail
* Ability to work well under pressure and lead busy service periods
* RSA and Approved Manager Card essential
* First Aid certification highly regarded
Approved Manager Card must be held at the time of application.

This is a full time position based on a rotating roster including weekends, evenings, and function service as required.
