Role
Our Fun Creators at Timezone Greenhills ensure a seamless guest experience from start to finish. Whether our guest is with us to enjoy our arcade or host their next spectacular birthday party, we are there to add value and make sure everyone leaves with a smile on their face.
Responsibilities
* Deliver a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure.
* Support guests with arcade experiences and birthday party bookings.
* Collaborate with the FunSquad to create amazing experiences for every guest and booking.
Qualifications
* Experience in a rapid hospitality, entertainment or retail environment is ideal.
* Passionate and dedicated to delivering REMARKABLE guest experiences; attention to detail.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to partner with the FunSquad to execute experiences.
* Driven by high standards and able to motivate others.
