Job Overview
We are seeking a driven and passionate sales professional to join our team as an Account Manager.
This role involves developing relationships with new and existing customers, identifying opportunities for growth, and delivering exceptional customer value.
You will work closely with our Customer Care team and visit customers to exceed targets.
You will also be part of a strong team of Account Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain key relationships within your portfolio by providing proactive service and support.
* Develop opportunities for growth through strategic planning and analysis.
* Achieve sales targets through product optimisation.
* Implement an effective call plan for existing and identified customers.
* Work collaboratively with local branch team members.
* Conduct market and competitor analysis and report on trends and sales activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in B2B account management.
* Exceptional relationship management skills.
* Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to work autonomously.
* Previous exposure to industrial products is advantageous.
* Team player mentality with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
