Outside Sales Parts Representative

What You'll Be Doing
* Own and grow a portfolio of accounts with a key focus on our panel repair customers – become their go-to expert
* Drive sales through strategic upselling, cross‐selling, and solution‐based selling
* Provide technical product advice and support tailored to customer needs
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and top‐tier service
* Prepare compelling proposals and presentations to win new business
* Attend industry events and network to uncover fresh opportunities
* Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
What We're Looking For
* Proven success in parts sales or account management (heavy vehicle, construction, or mining industries preferred)
* Excellent communication and relationship‐building skills
* Strong technical knowledge of parts and equipment
* Results‐driven with a track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs
* Skilled negotiator and problem‐solver with a customer‐first mindset
* Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel across WA
* Forklift licence would be seen as an advantage
