Responsibilities
Proactive monitoring of production systems to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability.
Lead incident management activities, including root cause analyses and post-mortem reviews.
Design and implement solutions to improve system reliability and automate operational tasks.
Oversee setup and maintenance of development, staging, and production environments.
Advocate for DevOps and SRE best practices, including CI/CD automation, infrastructure as code, and enhanced observability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable, and secure solutions.
Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation and continuously seek process improvements to drive operational efficiency.
What You Offer
Solid understanding and hands-on experience in DevOps engineering, production support, and incident management, including L2 and L3 support for critical applications and participation in rotational DevOps and BAU operations
Strong troubleshooting skills with a systematic approach to issue resolution
Proficiency in Enterprise JAVA (preferably JAVA 17+), RESTful APIs, APIGEE, Spring Boot, and basic SQL or Graph NoSQL databases such as Gremlin
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, environment configuration management, and cloud technologies (preferably AWS or GCP)
Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
Excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn and explore cutting-edge technology stacks
