We are seeking a skilled nurse to mentor and develop capabilities across our clinical workforce.
The successful candidate will work alongside the team, educating in real time, strengthening clinical leadership, governance, and workforce capability.
* Partnering with regional managers and quality coordinators to impart best practice
* Supporting the orientation and professional development of nursing and care staff
* Ensuring best practice across all aspects of person-centred care
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* AHPRA registration as an RN
* Significant clinical experience in aged care, including resident assessment, care planning, and clinical oversight
* Strong knowledge of aged care reforms, accreditation processes, and quality standards
* Organised, motivated, and reliable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

* A current National Police Check is required

* Designated as Key Personnel under the Aged Care Act; subject to suitability assessments
* Current Australian driver's licence and capacity to travel regularly between sites
