About the Role
We are currently recruiting up to 6 Rope Access Supervisors for upcoming shutdown works across Rio Tinto operations in the Pilbara. These are high-paying shutdown roles with potential for multiple work blocks.
* Sites: Paraburdoo, Newman & Karratha (FIFO ex-Perth)
* Period: 16/03 – 20/04 (subject to change)
* Roster: Adhoc shifts – up to 2 weeks straight
* Shifts: 12-hour day & night shifts
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise rope access crews during shutdown execution
* Ensure all works are delivered safely and in line with site procedures
* Coordinate daily task planning and workforce allocation
* Maintain compliance with Rio site requirements
* Provide leadership and direction to field teams
Requirements
* Valid Schedule 26 (S26)
* Aveling training
* Rope Access certification
* Demonstrated Leading Hand / Supervisory experience
* White Card
* Confined Space
* Fire Training
* Rio Essentials & Lockholder
* Working at Heights
What's on Offer
* Day Shift: $81.51/hr
* Night Shift: $93.73/hr
