We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Operations Manager. As part of our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team, you will play a key role in delivering programmed work orders and managing work priorities.
**Job Responsibilities:**
This role offers a broad scope with the following key responsibilities:
* Schedule Programmed Works, travelling to properties to validate scopes submitted by clients, identifying any variations.
* Undertake works in progress and safety inspections based on activities and trends.
* Ensure all information relating to each work order is accurately captured within management systems and all relevant systems.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
**Key Skills and Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* High School Certificate, Mechanical or Electrical, or relevant Trade Certificate and driver's licence.
* A vehicle for travel within the region and conducting site visits.
* Strong stakeholder management experience, internal and external, and have managed subcontractors within a construction project environment.
* Skilled in handling high-volume work orders with strong administrative abilities to ensure accurate job management in systems.
* Customer relations management skills.
