Maintenance Role Overview
Maintenance professionals form a critical part of the restaurant team. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, this position is primarily focused on maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant internally and externally.
Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining equipment to ensure it is well functioning and the restaurant environment is safe and secure from potential hazards.
* Cleaning the back area of the restaurant including the rubbish area and staff toilets.
* Complying with restaurant safety and security standards for a safe working environment.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
Maintenance professionals require high levels of organisation, autonomy, attention to detail, and presentation skills.
Able to work well under pressure, maintain a high level of physical fitness and be prepared to work varying shifts.
