Responsibilities
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality management reporting across the portfolio. 
Acting as a trusted partner to stakeholders, you'll provide insightful financial advice to support decision-making and drive operational performance.
- Support the coordination and control of the month-end process, ensuring journals are posted accurately and in line with company policy and deadlines.
- Work closely with state-based accountants on cost centre and project forecasts, while providing project managers with timely reporting and insights.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of key financial information, particularly Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.
- Partner with the broader organisation to proactively identify, address, and resolve risks or queries.
- Assist in project maintenance within Workday, including creation, close-out, capitalisation, and master data integrity.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, including international accounting requirements.
- Other tasks as required.
Your Profile
You are a driven and collaborative finance professional who thrives in a dynamic, stakeholder-facing workplace. 
Your background includes:
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting and membership of CA/CPA (or equivalent).
- Solid experience in financial and management accounting, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong understanding of ERP systems (ideally Workday).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
