As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our equipment to meet our safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets.
Responsibilities:
* Operate and maintain equipment in accordance with established standards and procedures.
* Execute all standard work processes using AM and PM (progressive maintenance standards) to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
* Ensure that safety processes are observed and quality assurance activities are performed to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Contribute to shutdown maintenance, root-cause analysis, stops reductions loss analysis and breakdown elimination to improve overall efficiency.
Requirements:
* Strong desire to drive personal growth and accelerate career progression.
* Experience and knowledge in machine operations, TPM-Total Productive Maintenance Tools, safety and quality standards for operating machinery.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a diverse work environment.
* Understanding of total productive maintenance tools and methodologies is an asset.
